Recommended Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel for Railway Employees can be (and often is) of a very different nature than typical Legal cases. The workplace can come under several jursdictions, and also is covered under FELA. The BMWED has its own general counsel for statutory matters arising out of the RAILWAY LABOR ACT who is headquartered at National Division in Southfield, MI. For FELA cases Bob Naumes is designated legal counsel for the BMWED.
